You may check your "@surfit.net"
e-mail via the web by going to
http://webmail.surf4it.net, and typing your
username and password information. Support for
this method of checking e-mail is included in your
email package; please call or email us if you have
any questions or problems.
If
you prefer to use software such as Outlook or
Outlook Express for your e-mail, you’ll need to
know the following information*:
*Both your ingoing and outgoing mail server
settings should be:
webmail.surf4it.net
*Smtp
authentication must be enabled if you are using an
email software such as Outlook. (This is an
option you simply need to check the right box
for.) For more information, see our Outlook

http://www.microsoft.com or
Microsoft Outlook.
*Support for Microsoft software products is not
included as a part of your regular Surf4it email
package. We can refer you to our support site and
Microsoft’s help site free of charge. For
additional help, Microsoft charges around $150 per
hour for support of their products, or we will be
glad to help you for $39 per hour, with support
packages in bulk rates available. |
